Public Hearing – Solar Energy Law

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Schuyler Falls will hold a public hearing on the 6th day of November, 2024, at 6 o’clock p.m. at 997 Mason Street, Morrisonville, NY 12962 , to discuss and debate the benefits of adopting a local law entitled, “Solar Energy Law”, which effectuates permitting requirements for solar energy systems to advance and protect the public health, safety and welfare of the Town by creating regulations for the installation and use of solar energy generating systems and equipment. A copy of the law can be viewed at the Town Hall.
