Public Hearing – Outdoor Wood Boilers

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Schuyler Falls will hold a public hearing on the 6th day of November, 2024, at 6 o’clock p.m. at 997 Mason Street, Morrisonville, NY 12962, to discuss and debate the benefits of adopting a local law entitled, “Outdoor Wood Boilers”, which effectuates permitting requirements for outdoor wood boilers to ensure personal safety and environmental safety. A copy of the law can be read at the Town Hall.
